Baker, Peterson, Baker & Associates is a real estate appraisal
company, providing mostly commercial valuation services in
Arizona since 1974. Our firm is a corporation, with two
principals. There are three professional staff members
(including the two principals) in the firm. All professional staff
members are currently certified by the State of Arizona. Most
staff members also hold the MAI and/or SRA professional
designation from the Appraisal Institute.
